What resolution should I send my files?

     If the file is created at 100% of the final size, the file should be set at a resolution of 96 dpi or higher. We do not recommend anything less than 72dpi at final size or your prints may look pixilated.

Smaller prints or those that will be viewed up close should be sent at a higher resolution.

What formats do you accept?

.EPS, .CDR, .AI, .TIF, .JPG, .PSD, .PDF;

      Please include all supporting documents such as fonts or external artwork linked in your file.

What fonts are available?

     We offer a large selection of stock fonts, but prefer you to include your fonts with the final artwork or have all fonts converted to curves.

What is your turnaround time?

     Turnaround is 2-3 days after receipt of final artwork and job approval. Shipping is not calculated as part of turnaround time.

How do I expedite my order?

    We print most orders within the first 48-72 hours after final artwork is received and approved. Please contact us if faster service is required. Additional charges may apply. Expedited shipping is available.

Can you match PMS colors?
     We print with a 6 color process using solvent inks, which applies a different method to achieve color than the Pantone Matching System. While in most cases we can come close to the desired PMS color without correction, it is not guaranteed as part of our standard service. If near-exact PMS color matching is desired, extra charges may apply. We do offer printed PMS color samples at the cost of shipping.

What is PMS colors?
     The Pantone Matching System is a largely standardized color reproduction system. It comes as a book of predefined colors that is widely accepted by most printers. By standardizing the colors, different manufacturers in different locations can all refer to the Pantone system to make sure colors match without direct contact with one another.
What if I am unsatisfied with the product I receive?

     If you are unsatisfied with your product, you should contact Sharper Imaging within two business days after you receiving it. Once we determine that the product is defective, we will issue a call tag for return shipment and will begin production on your replacement order. Once we receive the defective product, we will ship the replacement via the originally agreed shipping method at no additional cost to you.
